2 weeks agoAmazing atmosphere and delicious Cuban food in Pollo Cuban restaurant. We enjoyed the beautiful decorations and the music was fantastic. I liked the coquettes and the Tostones Rellenos are really flavorful!!! I recommend this place to enjoy with friends and family. Really easy to access from the parking lot!! Thank you!

2 months agoA very pretty place to visit. But... service wasn't the best. The place was empty when we got there so it wasn't hard for us to be seated. As soon as we sat they told us the kitchen was closing soon so we should order and we did. We had 2 pizza, 3 orders of wings, and a burger. My pizza was super burnt. We had beers and we thought everything was good until we were being ignored and they got mad when we got up to dance.Our waitress was not bad but you can tell she was following orders. But now we know why its empty. No one wants to go to a place where you can tell your not welcomed. I wish the owner sees this and realizes why he is loosing customers.

2 months agoThis place is great for a girly get-together. The atmosphere is phenomenal. The food is mediocre to my taste, too many fried dishes and not many healthy choices. But if you want a special vibe and a nice drink you will like it. In the evening, I heard, there is dancing. Must be fun. Servers speak very little English, but are very friendly and accommodating. The prices are medium range.

6 months agoFood was absolutely delicious. Started out with Alitas for an appetizer and it was amazing. My girlfriend had the lobster with congris and maduros, and I had a ribeye steak with tostones and we enjoyed every last bite of what we ate. The atmosphere is wonderful with pink floral arrangements on the walls, ceiling and even in the inside of the tables. Our waitress, Mariam, was very attentive and had a great attitude. I would definitely recommend eating here and asking for Mariam to wait on you. Highly recommend!!

a year agoPollo Restaurante & Bar is a place that transports me straight to the flavors of traditional Cuban cuisine. Located in Bellaire, it offers a menu full of classics like bistec encebollado, croquetas, tostones, and fried chicken, all with that authentic touch that makes me feel at home. The atmosphere is pleasant and well-decorated, perfect for enjoying with family or friends, and the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent choice for delicious food without spending too much. It’s a spot I always return to when I want to savor authentic Cuban flavors in Houston.
